PVD/CVD coating technology
Surfaces ready for coating thanks to optimised cleaning processes
Residue-free cleaning with a customised process is needed in the production process. This ensures strong bonding effects and adhesive strengths between an applied layer and the base material. The substrate surfaces are perfectly prepared for coating. Our high-performance deconex® cleaning products are used successfully by leading coating companies in both the functional and decorative sectors worldwide. Additional effectiveness is provided by a suitable decoating process from our development laboratory.

Optics / ophthalmics (OP)
High-performance products for spectacle lens production and precision optics
Our deconex® OP products feature outstanding yield with superlative performance. Thanks to the products' high concentration and reliable quality, you benefit from an extended bath life and maximum process reliability. In the production of lenses for spectacles and sunglasses, our deconex® OP products are used for check-ready cleaning as well as cleaning before the application of hard coatings and/or anti-reflective coatings. In precision optics, they achieve the high-purity surfaces required. They are also used in various applications prior to vacuum coating. Even coatings with quality defects can be removed with the right products from the deconex® OP line.

Where the highest cleanliness specifications apply, the highest demands are also placed on the cleaning chemistry as well as its process stability and reproducibility. That is why we have focused the development of the deconex® HPC product range on the needs, specifications and high cleaning requirements of our customers. And there's more good news: investigations on different system technologies show that the required surface cleanliness is achieved with deconex® HPC products. This unifies and simplifies the planning and execution of testing.Our unique combination of services also includes in-house R&D, as well as an analytical department and a chemical laboratory.
Stress test
Long-term tests on bath life or material compatibility tests are best carried out by us: this means that the integration of a new cleaning process can be implemented without long interruptions to production, and preliminary work for validation can be carried out in advance.
We evaluate the results of the stress tests in consultation with you in our laboratory.
